2. Data We Collect

When registering for a workshop, we collect the following personal data:

• First and last name
• Email address
• Selected workshop (name, date)
• Dance role (Lead / Follow)

3. Purpose of Processing

Your data is used exclusively to process your workshop registration: confirming your registration, communicating changes or cancellations, and organising the classes.

4. Legal Basis

Processing is based on Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures at the request of the data subject).

5. Retention Period

Your data will be deleted after the respective workshop concludes, and no later than 6 months thereafter, unless statutory retention obligations apply.

6. Data Processor

We use Supabase (Supabase Inc., 970 Toa Payoh North, Singapore) to store data. Data is stored on servers within the European Union. A data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR is in place with Supabase.

7. Your Rights

You have the following rights regarding your stored data:

• Access (Art. 15 GDPR): You may request information about your stored data at any time.
• Rectification (Art. 16 GDPR): You may request correction of inaccurate data.
• Erasure (Art. 17 GDPR): You may request deletion of your data.
• Restriction (Art. 18 GDPR): You may request restriction of processing.
• Objection (Art. 21 GDPR): You may object to the processing of your data.
